This hostel is located in a central area, making it easy to explore the city on foot. the rooms are spacious and well-equipped, with comfortable beds and wardrobe space. the shared bathrooms are kept clean with multiple toilets and shower units. the hostel offers laundry services and there is a club on the ground level which some guests may enjoy.
Some guests have reported noise issues at night due to the nearby club, which may make it difficult for light sleepers to get a good rest.

Perfect Location: The Zrinyi Hostel is right in the center of Pest, surrounded by many restaurants. It's a place that is really suitable for families, as it's seconds from the Danube and a short walk from the major sights.
Loud Music: The hostel is located right above a night club, which means very loud music throughout the night.

Great location, clean rooms, nice and helpful personnel. Perfect place to stay when visiting Budapest for a short period.
Would have been nice to have a mirror in the room.

I stayed at Zrinyi Hostel for a weekend getaway with friends and it was a fantastic value for money. The location is unbeatable, right in the heart of the city. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Despite the noise from the club downstairs, the hostel itself was surprisingly clean and well-maintained. The hostel's underground club added a unique and interesting vibe to the experience. The receptionist, though limited in English, was still very helpful. Check-in at 1:00 AM was a big plus. We even got free entry tickets to the club for three days.
I do recommend this hotel.

The hotel seems to be in process of construction, the part we lived in was a typical hostel with quite big and clean room, but very simple bathroom, although clean. The hotel has excellent location in the heart of the city and is good value for money and excellent for the travellers on budget. It was also very quiet.

the staff was friendly and helpful, making our experience enjoyable. the location of the hostel was ideal, with famous landmarks and the St Stephen's Basilica within walking distance. the rooms were clean and comfortable, providing a relaxing space to rest. the hostel had a disco/pub on the ground floor, perfect for younger guests looking for some excitement.
The pillows provided were not very comfortable and could be improved for a better sleeping experience.

Our room was spacious with plenty of light. It is on the 3rd floor but there is an elevator. Free internet was a big plus as well as the refrigerator, coffeemaker. The staff was friendly and helpful. The showers, restroom area was well stocked and clean. The location was fabulous.
A small mirror in the room would be helpful. The curtains could be hung inside the windows for more privacy.

Location, location, location... You may want to splash out over 300 euro for The Four Seasons just across the street - or you may want to consider this little guesthouse for one tenth of the price. Either way, you'll enjoy top-notch location in Budapest. There's a 24hr supermarket one and a half block up the street where you can get all the basic necessities at any time of the day or week. The room that we got (a twin) was very spacious. Bathrooms were clean - no complaints here.
It's not really the guesthouse's fault, but quite a few of the guests (late teens or early twenties) were very noisy at night (and throughout the night). Anyway, after having done so much sight-seeing in the city, we were too tired to care about any noise.
